1. Agreement to terms

By using this website or visiting one of our branches, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services. The current version is whichever is published at https://firestaq.bond/terms-and-conditions.php on the day of your visit.

2. Operator

The site is operated by Northcliff Grooming Sdn. Bhd., a Sdn. Bhd. registered in Malaysia (Company No. 202301034891 (1521776-K)), trading as Northcliff Barbers.

3. Service description

We operate walk-in barbershops at the locations listed on the Locations page. Services available include haircuts, beard sculpting, hot-towel shaves, junior cuts and scalp treatments. Bookings are not accepted; service is on a first-come, first-served basis at the chair.

4. In-shop conduct

Please arrive in a fit state for service. We reserve the right to decline service if a client is heavily intoxicated, abusive to staff, or displays symptoms of a contagious illness.
Children under 7 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian seated within sight of the chair.
Photography and filming of other clients without their consent is not permitted inside the shop.

5. Pricing

Posted prices in Malaysian Ringgit on this site and at every branch are inclusive of the prevailing Sales & Service Tax (SST). A few situations — longer-than-collar hair, dense beards, colour-out greys, or additional services added mid-chair — may bring the final ticket above the “from” price. The till receipt is always itemised before payment.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the end of the chair time. We accept cash in Malaysian Ringgit, debit and credit cards, GrabPay, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR and Apple Pay. We do not accept foreign currency, traveller’s cheques or cryptocurrency.

7. Lost items

We’re not liable for personal items left at a chair, but we do our best to reunite them. Anything found is held at the branch reception for 30 days, then donated to a Klang Valley shelter partner. Email [email protected] if you think you’ve left something behind.

8. Website use

You may browse and quote short extracts of this site for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not scrape, mirror, frame or republish entire pages without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site is limited. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by our own negligence or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services.

11. Updates

We update these terms occasionally. Material changes are notified by a banner on the site for at least 14 days before they come into force.
